"So first, let me start by saying I absolutely love the products, they are a bit overpriced, but they do what they say they’re supposed to do and for that I love them, but the reason they got a three star rating is I had to deduct two stars because of shipping. This is not the first time with the issue with the shipping. I don’t know why it’s taking so long for shipping now, but that is probably gonna be a reason why I find a different product that I can get quicker. I like ordering off the site. I don’t like going to Ulta Beauty for Sephora beauty because they never have what I’m looking for. I rather order off the Pattern site and I can accumulate points for my order and besides that they’re usually perks and I like that but what I don’t like is this shipping now that takes forever when my order has been sitting at the post office for days for no reason and it’s not the first time"
